About the Role
We are currently seeking a Project Manager with Scrum Advanced/Master Certification to join our dynamic remote team. As a Project Manager at NexWins Solutions, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within scope. You will leverage your expertise in Agile methodologies to ensure smooth project execution and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage software development projects using Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
-Track project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Report project status to stakeholders and ensure transparency in project progress.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
Proficiency with Agile project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Experience in leading software development teams in a remote or distributed environment.
Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to motivate and guide teams in a collaborative environment.
High adaptability and ability to manage changing priorities.
Proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.
Mandatory:
Fluency in English is a must, with strong written and verbal communication skills that are demonstrable.
Scrum Advanced/Master Certification.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment.
Ability to work across different time zones and collaborate with a global team.
