About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final interface design.
- Create visually compelling and highly usable web and mobile designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Stay up to date on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of JavaScript to effectively communicate with development teams.
- Experience working with responsive design and designing for multiple platforms (web, iOS, Android).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work, including process and final designs.
- Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
