About the Role
We are currently seeking DevOps Engineers to join our dynamic remote team. As a DevOps Engineer at NexWins Solutions, you will play a critical role in streamlining the development and deployment of software systems, ensuring that our clients’ operations are efficient, scalable, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve infrastructure and processes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
- Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) to support infrastructure needs.
- Implement security best practices across development and deployment processes.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Ruby, or Perl.
Experience with programming languages like Go, Java, or C#.
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Datadog.
Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Fluency in English is a must, with strong written and verbal communication skills that are demonstrable.
Previous experience in a DevOps role or similar capacity.
Ability to work across different time zones and collaborate with a global team.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
